“This Hidden Pre-IPO Furniture Giant Could Be the Next Big Wealth Creator in India”

India’s premium home interiors and modular furniture segment is witnessing rapid growth, and one emerging player is quietly building a strong financial foundation ahead of broader market attention. Interno Fusion, a manufacturer of modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and board processing solutions, has reported strong FY2025 numbers while laying out ambitious projections for the coming years.

The company posted total revenue of ₹64.7 crore in FY2025, with EBITDA of ₹5.28 crore and net income of ₹1.95 crore. Its earnings per share stood at ₹1.71, reflecting improving profitability and operational efficiency. On the balance sheet side, Interno Fusion reported total assets of ₹36.71 crore against liabilities of ₹14.5 crore, resulting in shareholder equity of ₹22.2 crore.

What makes the story more interesting is the company’s future growth outlook. Interno Fusion has projected net revenue to grow from ₹64.7crore in FY2025 to ₹146.81 crore in FY2026, ₹212.63 crore in FY2027, ₹278.44 crore in FY2028, and ₹324 crore by FY2029. Operating EBITDA is expected to rise from ₹11.95 crore in FY2025 to ₹34.78 crore by FY2029, highlighting a significant expansion in scale and profitability over the next four years.

The company’s projected cash generation also appears strong, with net cash flows to the firm expected to increase from ₹10.31 crore in FY2025 to ₹19.67 crore in FY2029. Despite planned investments in working capital and capital expenditure, the business expects to maintain healthy operating margins in the range of 10% to 13% over the forecast period.

Interno Fusion currently operates across four manufacturing facilities in Manesar and Farukhnagar with a combined production footprint of 1.36 lakh sq. ft. The company has annual production capacity exceeding 7,800 modular kitchens, 12,400 wardrobes, 6,200 doors, and over 3.2 lakh processed wood boards. It also has a workforce of more than 500 professionals and a network of over 100 authorized showrooms and channel partners across India.

With its rapid expansion, improving financial performance, and growing distribution footprint, Interno Fusion is increasingly being seen as an attractive opportunity in the unlisted and pre-IPO market. As investors continue to hunt for the next breakout private company, Interno Fusion may be one of the names worth watching closely before it reaches the public markets.
